Today on Leadership Rediscovered we spoke with Patrick Snively, the new President of the Marion Country Chamber of Commerce! Prior to working with the Marion County Chamber of Commerce, Patrick served as the Head Swimming coach at Fairmont State for 20 years before moving into a couple Athletic Director Roles. We discuss with him what adversity and leadership challenges he went through as a coach, athletic director, and what his new role will look like.
